The family owned brewery located in Yamaguchi prefecture produces only super premium sake of Junmai Daiginjo level. The sake of the brewery are regularly winning prices at international competitions. They use only the best Yamada-Nishiki rice and polish it up to 23% ratio. The sake are named by the polishing ratio number.
