Dream Twice has a hazy appearance and a golden color with orange reflections. In aroma, we find many types of fruit such as white grapes, peach, hints reminiscent of strawberries, and also notes of passion fruit resting on a fresh base of herbal and citrus notes. All these fruit notes are provided by the American hops Citra, Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe, and Strata. The combination of selected malts helps to have a silky sip and a sweet aftertaste that will make us enjoy it doubly!
Malts: Barley malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, oat malt, and barley flakes.
Hops: Citra, Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe and Strata.
Dry hopping: Citra, Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe and Strata.
