Champagne Gosset based in Aÿ is the oldest wine house in Champagne (1584). Since 1993, the business has been in the ownership of the Cointreau family. Gosset are the proud owners of Grand Cuvée vineyards and source their grapes from a network of growers in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The Gosset wines are matured for much longer than legally required, which, along with the suppression of malolactic fermentation, helps to create the wines’ distinctive depth of flavour.
From the onset, the mouth is fleshy, vinous and powerful . Its evolution is associated with a tension made of freshness and slightly salty bitterness.
