Classic Cuvée is the signature style from Nyetimber and is a blend of white Chardonnay fruit and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, both black grapes. Vintage dated each year, our winemakers draw upon this palette of base wines to create a wine of structure and complexity through the exacting process of 'assemblage', or blending.

Classic Cuvée is produced by the traditional method - a sparkling winemaking process characterised by the use of secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged in bottle for at least three years prior to release.
In appearance, the wine displays gently spiraling bubbles through a bright golden hue.
On the nose, sweet almond toasted croissants, cappuccino, vanilla and citrus fruits fill the nose.
On the palate, echoes flavours of orange and vanilla with a long dry finish. The bubbles bring roundness yet also freshness to the wine.
This vintage lends itself perfectly to be enjoyed with food and suggestions include crab, savoury tartlets, lightly smoked fish or poached halibut.
