Made with 100% Pipoul de Pinet grape, Domaine Delsol is a golden coloured wine with green glints. The nose is fruity and floral with aromas of hawthorn and lime, the palate is lively, citrus and fresh with a harmonious acidity and roundness.
Excellent as an apperitif and a perfect match for shellfish or grilled fish.
